Made in Japanese cotton, the Pegasus is an elastic waist skirt with gathers at the front and back yoke. It comes to about mid calf. Very easy to dress up or down. Looks great with sneakers, heels or boots. Wear with the Hydra blouse and the Libra matching bolero.
